Our Mission
Founded in 2010 in response to the 2008 housing crisis, PCLT is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to providing permanent affordable housing. We build, rehab, and steward homes through homeownership programs, HUD-approved counseling, down payment assistance, and housing development.

3 and 4-bedroom affordable homes for low- to moderate-income families.
Down Payment Assistance
First-time homebuyers can receive up to $33,000 through our WISH and HOME programs.

What is a Community Land Trust?
The CLT model offers a permanent solution to the affordable housing crisis. Families own their home but lease the land beneath it — keeping prices permanently affordable for future buyers too. Our program allows families to build equity and enjoy long-term stability.
